Vaka Pasifika is a family focused service. We aim to support the Pacific community to take charge of their lives and those of their family, to enjoy and participate in developing New Zealand society. We are family centred, child focused and dedicated to strengthening families and fostering the healthy development of children.
Vaka Pasifika aims to empower families to develop the skills to be in the position where the choices available to them are of their choosing and not what they are left with.
Vaka Pasifika is a Charitable Trust set up with the mission and vision to empower Pacific Island people to take charge of their lives to enjoy and participate in developing New Zealand Society.
Vaka Pasifika was registered in 2007 and over the years we have had the pleasure of working with the West Auckland community by supporting and working alongside families, children and young people.
