Anger Management

Everyone has the ability to become angry, however not all of us can manage our anger appropriately. This programme is for individuals who believe or has been identified to have issues with controlling their anger. The anger management programme will assist you to identify your triggers, strengths as well as assist you to act appropriately when you are feeling angry.

There are 12 sessions for a group of adults and 10 sessions for a group of young people. Each session is between 1.5 – 2hrs long. Two facilitators/counsellors will facilitate each group for each session.

Individual counselling is between 1 -1.5hrs per session. One facilitator/counsellor facilitates each session. There are only 10 sessions for individual anger management counselling.
